Subhash has been in the business of building brands for 32 years, twenty-two of which have been in senior leadership roles.
Over those many years, he has worked in renowned creative agencies in India like Ogilvy, Trikaya Grey, Ambience Publicis and Bates 141. He was one of the founding Managing Partners at BBH India in 2009 and currently serves as the CEO for two agencies, BBH India & Publicis Worldwide, India (both part of the Publicis Groupe).
He has worked closely with various global and Indian clients like Unilever, Marico, ITC, Diageo, Ambuja Cement, Nokia, Virgin Mobile, Abbott and Red Bull, amongst many others.
As the CEO of BBH and Publicis Worldwide, he oversees the growth strategies for brands by bringing together integrated and future-facing capabilities across advertising, digital, content, experiential etc.
He’s passionate about brand strategy and creativity and loves to involve himself deeply in his client’s businesses, believing that true creative thinking is designed to solve business problems.
Subhash currently also serves as the Chairman of The Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) and is working hard to bring about future-facing initiatives in self-regulation to safeguard the interests of consumers, by promoting responsible creativity in advertising. He has served on the board of governors of ASCI since 2010 and has also been an active member of The Ad Club Goafest committee in the past.
Apart from brands, Subhash is passionate about music, cooking food and single malts. He is a lead singer & rhythm guitarist in a classic rock & blues band called ‘Wanted Yesterday’ and is currently writing and producing his own songs as well.

As the newly appointed CEO & CCO of Publicis Worldwide & BBH India, Russell is jointly responsible for spearheading the business growth and creative ambitions of both the agencies.
Armed with 24 years in advertising, Russell has worked with some of the country’s biggest creative agencies like Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, Bates and Rediffusion DY&R.
Russell has won every advertising-related creative award in India and most international ones, including Gold Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils, Andys, Spikes, D&ADs and London International Awards. He has previously been on the Cannes Lions Films jury (2012) and several other international juries over the years.
He has been ranked No. 2 in India by Campaign Brief Asia for two consecutive years and came in as the 9th most awarded copywriter in the world in 2009 (Campaign, UK).
As Chief Creative Officer and Managing Partner of BBH India, Russell led BBH to become India’s leading creative hot shop. Under Russell’s leadership, BBH India grew from a small 20-member office in 2010 to almost a 100 people across Mumbai and Delhi in 2019.
He has led the team to create highly awarded & acclaimed campaigns for brands like Google Chrome, Uber, Audi, UNIQLO, Skoda, Tinder, BookMyShow, CRY, Johnny Walker, Vaseline and Axe to name a few.
He also helmed BBH’s new agile production offering along with playing an instrumental part in its foray into Entertainment, Content and Social.

Sanjay comes with 17 years of experience spanning both consumer research and brand strategy. As Managing Director & Chief Strategy Officer of BBH-PWW, Sanjay leads the effectiveness agenda of both the agencies. Prior to this, Sanjay was the Head of Planning and Managing Partner at BBH India where he championed a multidisciplinary approach in planning by setting up different new age skill sets to deliver superior results.
In the last few years, he has worked on Audi, Vespa, Uber, Netflix, Uniqlo, Red Bull, Tinder, Axe, Vaseline, Diageo, Google, Marico, Skoda and Citibank, among many others

Sanju Menon is the Chief Operating Officer for Publicis Ambience & Publicis Beehive. He made his beginnings in advertising in 2005 in a small but successful firm in Kolkata which worked as an incubator for someone like him with a different background—chemical engineering.
After a year he joined Bates 141, and the following year moved to Rediffusion Y&R where he stayed for the long haul, leading the communications mandate for various national brands before being assigned the responsibilities as Branch Headin 2013. After his eight year stint at Rediffusion he felt it was time to be on the tailwind to greater goals. Sanju moved to Mumbai in 2015 to join Leo Burnett and its new-age growth strategy before coming on board Publicis Worldwide in January 2020. Over the years Sanju has led the relationship and thought for businesses such as Eveready, Lafarge, Bajaj Auto, Jeep, Colors TV, Bridgestone, Abbott Nutrition, Skechers, Twitter, Amazon Prime Video and others.
His emotional intelligence, Sanju regards, is one of his biggest strengths as is his belief in leadership that is not hierarchical but invitational because advertising is about imagination that is immeasurable.
